La zona notte comprende : 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 cameretta con 2 letti singoli di cui uno a scomparsa, soppalco con letto matrimoniale,

Una TV Satellitare con impianto Sky è presente nel soggiorno e una tv camerasatellitare con impianto in chiaro nella stanza da letto matrimoniale.

Ci sono due bagni di cui uno con doccia ed uno con vasca.

All’esterno la proprietà si estende su un grande uliveto, di qui parte recintato e attrezzato con piscina fuori terra circondata da prato verde e vegetazione mediterranea.
Veranda dotata di angolo cottura, con barbecue e lavandino, e un Tavolo esternie sedie per consumare pasti, sedie sdraio e lettini prendi sole per 4 persone.
Cisterna d’acqua non potabile, lavatrice su richiesta, posteggio auto antistante alla casa.

Supplementi da pagare in loco:
- Consumi acqua, gas: 30 € a settimana
- Riscaldamento : € 40 a settimana
- Energia elettrica a consumo

Inside, the house has a living with kitchenette complete of oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwashing machine, and provided with air conditioning.
There are 1 double room, 1 small room with 2 single beds, with one passing under the other, a loft with matrimonial bed.

There is a bathroom with shower and second one with bathtub.
piscinaA Satellite TV with Sky system I s in the living room and a Satellite TV with free channels in the double bedroom.

Outside the property is extended on a large land with olive trees, hence part circled and equipped with outside swimming pool earth encircled from green grass and Mediterranean vegetation.

Verandah equipped with angle baking, with barbecue and washbasin, serviziand a Table with chairs in order to consume meal, sun chairs and sun beds for 4 persons.
Tank of not drinkable water, washing machine upon request, parking place in front of the house.
Pool is open from 01 June till 15 Ottober.
