The place is distant 3 km from sea and 1,5 km from the country of San Vito Lo Capo, and is far away from transit road. The villa is composed from a main building with small covered veranda, great stay with fireplace, plan baking in masonry to 4 fires, frigo with freezer, TV color and air conditioned (in stay) sufficient for all the house, bath with shower, double bed room with great closet. 10 meters distance from the main building , there is a dependence with one small room, bath without shower (external shower with warm water on the back). Inside of the small room a french bed with large view on the garden.  The main building measure 80 sq.m. + 8 sq.m. of covered veranda, while the dependence measure around 12 sq.m.The house has one small external swimming pool 8x4x1 meters, opened from the 15/05 to the 30/09.  The prices minimums are reported to the entire apartment for a number of occupants of max 4 persons, while the maximus prices for a number of occupants of 5/6 persons. In the periods C, D and E there is the obligation to reserve the entire apartment. Additional charges costs to pay in native place: - Water, gas for week for apartment: 35€ - Supplement water in the period from the 09/06 to the 08/09: 15€. - Final Cleaning: 45€ - Electric power to consumption: 0,30€/kw - Obligatory Deposit 250€, cash, to give back to the moment of the departure. - Chartering bed linen and bath towels, optional, to demand at the moment of the reservation. |

VILLA SPAGNOLO è una villetta rustica di buon livello, con muri in pietra, pavimento in cotto e servizi piastrellati con maioliche, circondato da un terreno ( 1200 mq) alberato con pineta e alberi da frutta in un scenario tra i più belli della campagna attorno e San Vito Lo Capo. 
La villa è composta da un corpo principale con piccola veranda coperta, grande soggiorno con camino, piano cottura in muratura a 4 fuochi, frigo con freezer, TV color e climatizzatore ( in soggiorno) sufficiente per tutta la casa, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale con grande armadio.
La casa dispone di una piccola piscina esterna 8x4 x 1m, aperta dal 15/05 al 30/09.
