Ideale per la vicinanza al mare. Spazi esterni e posto auto. Zona Tranquilla.
   

Siamo nella zona turistica di Salinelle, a circa 8 km dalla famosa e rinomata Cefalù, che è facilmente raggiungibile in soli 8 minuti di auto o scooter.

La zona coniuga la vicinanza al mare con un paesaggio molto verde e rilassante.
La casa ha entrata privata con posto auto all'interno dell'ampio giardino.

Attraverso il terrazzo parzialmente coperto ed attrezzato, si accede ad un ampio soggiorno con divano letto doppio, tv-color, camino e cucina separata completa di forno e lavastoviglie. Il piano terra ha anche l'aria condizionata.
La toilette è attreazzata di tutto.
Al primo piano abbiamo una camera singola ed una matrimoniale con aria condizionata; entrambe le camere hanno uscita sul terrazzo parzialmente coperto e con vista sul giardino sottostante.
C'è anche una seconda piccola toilette senza doccia.

La spiaggia di sabbia si trova a soli 500 mt, e si può scegliere tra una zona libera e più tranquilla o una zona con lidi attrezzati e molto frequentati a circa 1,5 km dalla casa.


We are in the tourist zone of Salinelle, to around 8 kms from the famous Cefalù, that is easily attainable in just 8 minutes of auto or scooter.
The zone conjugates the proximity to the sea with a very green and relaxing landscape.

On the ground floor there is an ample living-room with matrimonial sofa bed, furnished kitchen, tv-color and window on the terrace.
The toilet is equipped with shower.
On the first floor there is a single room and a matrimonial room and air conditioning; from the bedrooms you can go out on the terrace.
At this floor there is also another little bathroom without shower.
On the terrace there is also the whashing-machine.

The beach of sand is at about 500 mt, and you can be chosen between a free and more calm zone or a zone with equipped beaches and very frequented, as the frequented Salinelle Beach Club at about 1,5 km of distance.
