La casa è composta da un ampio soggiorno climatizzato con cucina ben attrezzata, (tv satellitare, divano letto, frigorifero, forno, lavatrice, piatti, stoviglie, etc.) e uscita su un terrazzino attrezzato con barbecue in muratura, tavolo e sedie da giardino. Le camere da letto sono due : una camera con letto matrimoniale in ferro battuto, como' e armadio, Il bagno è completo con doccia, dotato di phon. Vicinissimi all'appartamento ci sono (entro un raggio di 50 -100 metri) lidi attrezzati e spiaggia libera, ristoranti e pizzerie, gelaterie e rosticcerie, alimentari e supermercati, banca, posta, farmacia e fermata funibus per Taormina centro. L'appartamento dista circa 4 km da Taormina centro, 40 km dall'Etna, 15 km dalle Gole Alcantara, 60 km per l'imbarco a Milazzo per le Isole Eolie (Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli ecc), 40 km da Messina, 100 km da Enna e Il piccolo paese di Letojanni si affaccia sul mare Jonio e rappresenta uno dei gioielli più preziosi della nostra bella isola. La sua vasta spiaggia è tra le migliori della costa Messinese. Grazie anche alla vicina Taormina, località turistica internazionale, Letojanni ha registrato un notevole incremento turistico. Il suo lungamare, con le sue palme e i suoi pini, è l'ideale per dedicarsi a salubri e romantiche passeggiate, respirando la brezza marina.
